True confession:   I have a tendency to get depressed when my focus is off Jesus.  However, if I go sit at the feet of  My Beloved, He listens and comforts me oftentimes through new songs.  This song was written through an emotional struggle.   Knowing beyond the shadow of false fears that God loves me with an everlasting and perfect love gets me through the melancholy times.  The Holy Spirit restores my joy.   Was it really ever gone or just hidden under the mud?  In His Presence, joy abounds beyond measure!
